Terms and Policy

1. Customer:

GAMAN NET applies this refund policy to all customers who arise transactions and have a request for a refund with GAMAN NET without violating or suspecting fraud in payment. We may require confirmation for transaction information before making a refund.

2. Refunded balance:

• GAMAN NET refunds the remaining balance at that time including the remaining money on your Gaman Ads account (after 3 hours since stopping all ad campaigns) and the balance on the Gaman account
• All incurred costs when using GAMAN NET services will not be refunded.
• GAMAN NET only refunds 100% of the amount in case our customer has not yet been granted a TikTok Ads account.

Here are some typical reasons that get ad account suspended and Gaman can not guarantee for those cases:

• Deploying products or services without obtaining prior approval from GAMAN NET
• Running prohibited products, such as weight loss, endocrine, sexual health, breast augmentation, MLM, financial, gambling, etc.
• Advertisers engaging in spam actor/bad actor activities.
• Altering landing page content, running landing pages featuring individuals wearing badges, doctors, third-party logos, or having redirect links that violate unauthorized product guidelines.
• Users associated with ad accounts that have a history of policy violations, engage in system evasion, or intentionally fail to pay advertising expenses will have their accounts suspended without refunds.

3. Payment methods:

Gaman will make a refund with the payment method and currency unit that customers have paid for GAMAN NET.

4. Processing time:

• GAMAN NET will refund your remaining amount within 1-5 working days after receiving the customer’s confirmation of the closing balance.
• Customers can receive the refunded amount within 5-10 working days depending on the payment methods and each international payment gateway.
• Top-ups made through PKR payment gateways will be refunded in 3-6 business days (excluding Sun, and public holidays) after you cancel the subscription at the closing rate listed in State Bank of Pakistan in their respective bank through which they topped up the account.

Note: GAMAN NET will not support refunds if customers get our ad account suspended for any reason.

Fine $200 for a suspended account, $100 for a violating account

• If the account is found running TM or copyright, Gaman has the right to revoke the ad account immediately and the lessee will be subject to a fine of $100.
• If receiving a warning from the TikTok or Gaman team, Gaman will be forced to revoke the running account and consider re-granting it if the lessee commits to comply with the policy.
• The level of compensation if the account is suspended is $200 if the fault belongs to the customer. GAMAN NET will decide the determination of the fault.
• GAMAN NET will not support refunds if customers get our ad account suspended for any reason.
